Refund policy

Unopened products may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days.

 

We place seals on Eminence products to prevent leaking and to ensure that the product does not spill when initially opened. At times a seal will shift during transport or simply stick to the underside of the product’s lid. Please note that this is generally not a sign that the product has been tampered with and should not be cause for alarm.
